Why did the team at Moustache labour over this frame design for three years? In order to have an ultra low-step frame, the top tube which provides most of the strength, must be completely removed. Normally this will result in a frame with excessive flex giving wobbly handling. To add strength, many manufacturers simply add more metal, that of course results in more weight and often without achieving the lateral stiffness required for the confident handling of an eBike.
